 YOUR OPPORTUNITY: 
This Royalty Analyst - Production Accounting position is responsible for the validation and maintenance of all royalty master files in PAS as well as investigating and responding to all royalty audit and vendor queries. 
 
HOW WILL YOU MAKE YOUR MARK? 
•Maintain all royalty contracts in PAS (i.e. new wells, land changes, acquisitions, global changes, suspension expirations, etc.) for operated and non-operated properties
•Investigate & respond to all royalty audit and vendor queries
•Liaise with various accounting departments, land department and royalty owners to ensure accuracy of royalty payments
•Coordinate prior period adjustments with PA and revise PAS set up where applicable 
•Complete other projects as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years of property accounting experience with progressive responsibilities
Expertise expected:
     • Ability to meet key deliverable deadlines
     • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
     • Effective written and oral communication skills
     • Strong interpersonal skills
     • Ability to work independently
Familiarity with and understanding of:
     • PAS
     • QBLM
     • EnterpriseOne
     • EnergyLink
     • Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
     • Petrinex
     • AccuMap
